How Have I Been Keeping Busy?

Hello!! I hope everyone reading is doing well! I know it's been a lil while, but I've been very busy. I've recently started a job at Ross and I really like it. I work from 6 am to 3 pm and I love the hours. I'm currently doing stock so I'm just unloading the truck and putting stuff away, you know things like that.

We Have A lot to discuss...

In between my last blog post and my current one, I had a photoshoot! Personally I think that is my favorite shoot that I've done so far.

The model you see is my friend Skylar she is all over my website we've done A lot of shoots together. I had texted her on a random day that we should take some pictures, I was feeling maybe a picnic theme kind of shoot; they are shown below.

These are fire, aren't they! Skylar understood the assignment for real I didn't even tell her to bring the wine glass.

Reflection On The Shoot

In my opinion, this is my best-looking shoot to date. The colors and everything are just on point and the way I edited them turned out really well. I'm very proud of the way I directed Sky. Something I've been wanting to work on is being more vocal with my shoots and I think I achieved that here. Now, something that I am disappointed in is that we didn't get more pictures. We finished with about 138 pictures in total but I definitely wanted to experiment more with the sunflower flowers and get some more poses in but it was WAYYY too hot. I commend Skylar, the fact that we got that many are a feat in itself. Another thing that I want to work on editing wise is how bright I tend to leave my pictures, I tend to leave them very underexposed in most instances so this was a great start in breaking a bad habit.

What In The Works Next?

Well right now I have a lot of creative ideas when it comes to my next project. I've recently acquired two film cameras and a digital camcorder. My dad just had asked me if I was able to use them after he had found them in a garage sale. Now what I plan on doing with these well you'll just have to wait and see but I definitely have a plan believe that.

Well That's Really it

I'm a little disappointed I thought I had more to talk about but it seems like I'm at the end if you noticed i missed a blog post last week, that's due to the fact I had nothing to talk about I don't think I will stick to the weekly blog postings until I get on-campus because I will definitely have a lot more things to talk about, cause around this time I'm doing the same thing everyday lolll. But that is it I hope yall have a great rest of your day and with the work week coming, for those who are working I am manifesting fast shifts for us. Yall be easy!
